Tips to leading a healthy lifestyle
With the current situation that we are living in, we often heard about people mentioning on healthy lifestyle or discussing on the topic of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Many of us tends to wonder how can we maintain a healthy lifestyle or what can we do to in order to lead towards a healthy lifestyle. Eventhough at every part of the world, we often heard people saying that they have enrolled in gym or actively practising routine exercises but yet this does not lead towards a healthy lifestyle. To me - a healthy lifestyle simple mean - regular routine exercises weekly, balanced diet and of course with a quality amount of sleep. Routine exercises may include, walking, jogging, swimming, or maybe daily 15 to 20 minutes of yoga. Whereas, eating balanced - to me will be balanced out on food intake according to the food pyramid.
